The Tarucas de Chile Foundation has achieved something very important.

Mart\u00edn Plaza de los Reyes has become the first person with Down syndrome to climb Cerro El Plomo in Santiago, Chile.

Cerro El Plomo is a very high mountain. It is 5,424 meters high.

Mart\u00edn was not alone. He climbed with the support of the Tarucas Foundation and the Chilean Army Mountain School.

This achievement demonstrates that all people can reach great challenges.

It also shows that sport and inclusion can go hand in hand.

Tarucas continues to work to create more opportunities and break down barriers.
