Trail Runners Association Announces New Training Route

The Trail Runners Association has officially unveiled its new training route, a course designed to enhance the technique, endurance, and safety of its members, while inviting more enthusiasts to join the practice of trail running in a privileged natural environment. This new initiative comes in response to the group’s constant growth and the need to diversify training spaces for different levels.

The route, of medium difficulty, combines forest trails, sustained ascents, and technical descents that allow runners to work on pace, strength, and control. With an approximate length of 12 kilometers, the route crosses areas of great scenic value, making it a perfect space for both demanding workouts and for runners looking to get started on mountain terrain.

The association emphasizes that the main objective is to promote responsible and safe sport, which is why the route includes strategic hydration points, orientation signs, and recommended areas for technique exercises. In addition, several volunteer coaches will accompany the first sessions to help runners adapt to the terrain and correct postures to prevent injuries.
